South Harbour Master POA & Member Associations

Village Green is a townhome community within South Harbour Village located adjacent to Oak Island Par 3 Golf Course.  All 67 units have been completed and sold. Documents for Village Green can be found under the Download section of this website.

Village Green is a fully participating member Association of South Harbour Master POA and therefore enjoys the use of all South Harbour Master POA amenities.

Dues: The monthly dues for 2016 are $222 per unit.  Monthly dues include the South Harbour Master POA dues.

Insurance: The insurance for Village Green POA is provided by Senn Dunn. Contact LRES or Patricia Pool of Senn Dunn with any insurance questions that you may have.  Patricia can be reached at (910) 442-2877 or .  Each owner remains responsible for their own individual policy that covers the interior of their unit.  Please note that Individual Homeowners cannot file claims against the HOA policy. The Association must file any claims.  Contact LRES for clarification.  If you believe that you may have a claim, the HOA policy may not cover work completed prior to Association’s Insurance Company’s inspection.

Board:  Village Green is governed by a joint board made up of three Village Green representatives and three Golf Villa representatives. Please contact LRES with any questions.
